The Penn HD line winder fishing line Spooler can be used with a wide variety of bulk spool sizes and is designed to keep a spool of line stationary while manually winding line onto the reel. It’s a must-have piece of gear for the serious angler. The Spooler features heavy-duty steel construction and has the ability to increase and decrease tension. Once finished, it folds away for easy storage.
