Be prepared for medical emergencies while carrying the Leatherman Raptor Emergency Response Shears. From the always reliable Raptor tool family, these shears now have a slimmer handle for easier use. The tool features a lanyard hole for secure attaching and a replaceable / removeable pocket clip in case you prefer to carry without a sheath. Tools include 420HC stainless steel folding shears, a ring cutter, a ruler up to 5 cm, and an oxygen tank wrench.
